After an accident at a psychiatric hospital, young nurse Dasha begins to see supernatural phenomenas. While trying to understand what's happening, she discovers experiments in the hospital's basement. With the help of head nurse Sergei, Dasha attempts to uncover the dark secrets of the hospital, but faces opposition from both the living and supernatural forces.
